Go-To Market Strategy

Go-To Market Strategy

The strategy at G-Pay is to dominate a niche market before launching a full fledged digital payments ecosystem. We have identified the P2P market as the first market to dominate. Given that Kuwait has a closed banking system, we decided to move forward with an IOU (I owe you) method.
